Working with Shanon to find our Lake Havasu Vacation home was a breeze! She set us up to view listings via email since we live in California and was very responsive whenever we had an inquiry on a listing. We happened to be vacationing in Havasu when we found the perfect house for us! Shanon was ready and available last minute to show us the property. She was even able to set up inspections the very next day after our offer was accepted so we were able to meet with inspectors while still in Havasu. The transaction was smooth and Shanon was always quick to respond with answers to our questions throughout the process. Even after closing, she is very responsive to questions and aims to be as helpful as possible. I highly recommend giving her a try if you’re looking to buy or sell in the Lake Havasu area.
