After graduating from UCSB, Shanoah married professional surfer Tim Curran and they began investing in rental properties while traveling internationally. Having a passion for interior design naturally led Shanoah into renovating homes. In 2009, Shanoah became the Vice President of an investment partnership where her role consisted of procuring funds, managing operations and directing design for the many properties the partnership acquired and sold for profit. Native to Ventura County, Shanoah lives in Ventura with her husband and two children. As a member of the Ventura County Coastal Association of REALTORS ®, California Association of REALTORS ® and the National Association of REALTORS ®, Shanoah is committed to the strict code of professional ethics.
