Shannon was excellent! She maintained open communication across state lines throughout the process of searching, placing an offer and buying our home sight unseen! My husband and I never felt pressured or rushed. We felt informed, prepared and engaged during each step of the process. She spent over an hour FaceTiming us for the initial walkthrough and she picked us up from the airport, so that we could go directly to the home for our final walkthrough. We are very happy in our new home and we highly recommend Shannon!
