On the 2nd day, she worked hard with us on the offering/negotiating price and found/confirmed the acceptable price by the seller/buyer. Late, she also spent much time helping us with the whole house inspection, house insurance, house closing, and remodeling the house. Shannon puts a lot of time, thoughts, and efforts into this project. We are very happy with Shannon's help/recommendations and the good results.
