Reached out to Shannon who was the Listing Agent on a property in Talent that we loved. Made arrangements to visit (from So. Cal) and she showed us several properties we were interested in, throughout the Rogue Valley (which she knows well). Never any pressure to "purchase" her listing although it's the one we chose and are now living in! Shannon is a consummate professional all around. Always there to answer any questions, help in any way, but with a light touch. Would highly recommend!
