Shannon was wonderful to work with. She had wonderful knowledge of the area, pointing us in a few neighborhoods we didn't know existed. She was a great communicator who even when she wasn't available had someone waiting in the wings to help us out. She would often point things out in homes (good and bad) that we often didn't notice. Shannon was on top of the contractual process making sure nothing fell through the cracks along the way ensuring a smooth closing.
