Shannon helped the reviewer sell this property

The best realtor!

If you’re looking for a great real estate agent, Shannon is the best you can get! She’s honest, resourceful, knowledgeable, and helpful! She’s so helpful throughout the entire process and even after you’ve moved in. She’ll truly help you find the house you are looking for and not just try to make a sale! From helping to look for potential issues before making an offer when buying, to sending helpful “quick clean up” check lists with timelines for sellers prepping for showings, to reminding you about filing your homestead after buying. She goes above and beyond for her clients in more ways than I could count! She helped us sell our home in Trussville, AL. We got an offer the day after listing. And she helped us buy a home in Springville, AL where she was able to negotiate a few different ways to save us money!
