I recently had the opportunity to work with Shannon and her team with selling one of my rental properties. All I can say is WOW!!!! Top notch service and communication. Shannon is awesome! From dealing with uncooperative property managers in getting the property ready for showing, to a great and effective marketing plan, there was at no point a time when I felt I wasn't in great hands as an absentee seller. All we can say is WOW! Shannon is amazing. She is knowledgeable, responsive, has a wealth of expertise and was very helpful in negotiating several issues we encountered. We followed her recommendations on house inspection which was beneficial. I want to add she was very patient with us in the process. We were moving from another city and it took a while to get our "act together". In addition she made our house hunting a fun experience.
