I live in Dallas where I have rental properties and flip homes, after a death I needed to sell my parents house in Hendersonville, My sisters had me talk to several realtors which gave me no confidence in their abilities, Someone referred Shannon as smart and successful realtor, based on my experience with realtors I was not optimistic. She came to the property and walked the entire 2 acres getting a full understanding of the Lake accessibility, core of engineer issues and looked at the floor plan and suggested repairs to make, she did extensive research and really took time to come up with a sale price that she convinced me was where it should be to get the most for the house and not overprice and spend too many days on the market. We priced at $649,000, the most per sqft. in the area for comparable properties. Listed on Thursday ( per her plan) had multiple offers and were under contract by the following Tuesday for $700,000, she continued to be very helpful moving everything forward until the deal was closed. I could say a lot more, but to me the most important issue is that I have been less than impressed with most realtors I have dealt with and this one did everything I expected and I would definately recommend her.
