Shannon made the home buying process for our family such a great experience. We were first-time homebuyers who didn’t know a whole lot about the process coming into it. She was very patient with us and explained everything along the way in great detail to make sure we were fully informed of every decision. She explained the reasons why certain things are done and how it would benefit or hurt us either way. She gave up several of her weekend days to show us many different homes. She took the time to familiarize herself with the area that we were looking at and helped us make informed decisions.
