We've used Shannon to buy 2 houses, but this was our 1st sale. Just as it was with our purchases, she was fantastic. She also helped us with pricing the property so it would yield a price in the top tier of the comparable group of properties. In the first four days our house was listed we had over 20 buyer(s), we had four offers and the highest of the four offered $50,000 more than our list price. Shannon was very responsive with all aspects of the pending and closing process. She is definitely a Pro and deserves a 5 star rating!
