Shannon was an amazing help in navigating the market. Her knowledge of the area and attention to detail to help us find the right home for us was invaluable. We relocated and did not have experience with things like septic and wells and she was able to answer our questions and knew of the right team to bring in for inspections to make sure we found a sound property. She was amazingly patient and communicative with as we looked at homes from Tiffin to Bellevue to Perrysburg and everywhere in between.
