It was about 9 o’clock on a Sunday night when I completed my 55 and older.com website. Within 10 minutes of hitting enter on my computer, Shannon called me and asked me what I was looking for and how could she help; now that is service. She was very patient in helping me find a the perfect home for both my husband and I. With Covid there was are different rules and she was awesome in explaining. She was very knowledgeable about the area which is Menifee California. She was also very knowledgeable about the OASIS Community and the other 55 and older communities in the area. This was a seamless transaction due to Shannon and her team. Even before we closed escrow we asked if we could go to the house and do some measuring to see if all of our furniture was going to fit properly and she stayed with us the entire time it was probably about two hours of her time, again that is service with a smile. Cannot praise Mrs Ramsey enough. With us being out of the area she would modify her schedule to work with our schedule. She asked what we wanted in a new home and only showed us home that fit those requirements. Being a senior she dealt with us as being part of her family and respected our little quirks. Proof is we are still friends and keep in touch.
