Shannon was very dedicated to helping us find the home that was just right for us. We really didn't know much about buying a home, and we quickly came to appreciate Shannon's expertise and her patience in teaching us the important things to look for in the kind of home we wanted as well as the details of the process and the details of the paperwork. She was always very responsive and very positive. We really felt like she was looking after our best interests.
