I met Shannon through a referral from my gay coworker Matt. He is the sassiest bit** I have ever met. Just never happy with anything. But he was absolutely thrilled with Shannon when he bought his house so I figured she had to be good. She was patient and responsive. It is a little more challenging than you would think. At first you scroll through listings just blasting off text messages of houses that you like but you can’t realistically look at every house. She helped me figure out and list the things that I wanted in my first home. That in turn, helped me narrow the search and find the house I wanted. So I highly recommend Shannon. Shannon is very personable and knowledgeable, trust me that she will get the job done and it will be done with perfection. Shannon puts her whole heart in to each job whether it is selling or buying. We hit the ground running until we found the perfect house for me, she put a lot of time in helping me find the house I was looking for.
