We were looking for a home on a quick time table and asked Shannon (form a google search) to show us the house. We wanted our own agent vs working with the one selling the home. Shannon was kind and knowledgeable she helped us make sure we got into our new home in the time frame we needed. When we had a problem (the the previous owner was supposed to fix) she had someone come look at it and in about two weeks it was done without us having to do a thing. I appreciated her friendly manner and willingness to work with us on not only on our time frame but also around our work schedules. If you want someone knowledgeable and caring I highly suggest Shannon. She knows the area and the business of selling and buying.
