From the day that I interviewed Shannon, my intuition told me that she was the right person to help me sell my house. Shannon has great communication skills. She always kept me up to date on how things were progressing. When she called me with information about offers, she was very detailed about the buyer's objective, how much a deposit was being put down, if they were financing or not, etc. If Shannon had to present me with bad news about a prospective offer, she always was on the optimistic side about what we should do next and told me not to be discouraged. Shannon was very open to my suggestions and we always agreed together on whatever decision needed to be made. Closings can drag on for months, which is very frustrating. Shannon always kept me up to date on which step we were at with the closing process.
