Shannon is absolutely fantastic to work with. The intent was to Sell my Dad's house to help him out during his battle with Cancer. Sadly, he lost his battle five days before Closing... So that scrapped my Power of Attorney...which threw the house into Probate. The Buyers now had nowhere to go... Shannon's intricate knowledge and quick thinking was able to still get them in the house on the contention of buying. After Probate...we quickly Closed and everyone...Buyers and myself were beyond satisfied. She even got me MORE than the Asking Price. I owe Shannon so much more than these words can convey.
