I very much appreciate having Shannon as my agent in selling my parents’ condo after their passing. She responded very quickly to my listing inquiry, explained everything to me thoroughly, and was always available for any questions I had. We were under contract quite soon, but it fell through due to buyer financing issues. Several months later, we were under contract again, but that, too, failed at the very last minute. Shannon remained optimistic and worked hard to find another buyer each time. She was encouraging and positive throughout the entire listing-to-closing process.
