We had the pleasure of working with Shannon for the purchase of our new home and the sale of our old home. In both instances we were very impressed with her knowledge of the process her amazing attention to detail. We spent months looking for a new home, and during that time Shannon modified our search criteria dozens of time. She was always available when we found a house we were interesting in seeing and she was extremely helpful finding the ‘pros’ and ‘cons’ of each property. Seeing so many houses gave us the confidence to know when we found the right house for us. We had a similar experience when selling our house. Shannon had excellent recommendations that helped us get our house ready to list. We were amazed when we had a full-price offer on the first day the house was listed. The other two things Shannon did the helped us the most were the checklists and the referrals. For the purchase and the sale Shannon provided a list that covered every step in the process. We always knew where we were in the process and we knew what was next. Shannon kept us very well informed and there were absolutely no surprises. Shannon also had excellent referrals for all of the other people that we needed to involve in the process. We followed her advice for appraisers, inspectors, lenders and movers and we were happy with all of them. We would whole-heartedly recommend Shannon to anyone looking to buy or sell, and looking back at the experience, we wouldn’t change a thing.
