As a first time home buyer, I had very little knowledge of the market or even buying a house. Shannon explained everything very thoroughly and was always available to answer questions. She always got me in to view a property as soon as available, was very honest and knowledgeable about the condition of the house, and whether it would be worth placing bid based on what I was looking for in a home.
