We met Shannon through Zillow, we wanted to see a home on a Sunday afternoon 40 minutes outside the city. Shannon was more than happy to show us and from the start we knew we wanted to work with her. She went above and beyond through the whole process to help us find the home we wanted. She spent multiple days house hunting with us, she always answered her phone, and was extremely supportive and patient as we decided what and wanted and where. She absolutely knows the area and surrounding cities which was a huge help as we moved from out of state. When it came time for offers and finalizing a home we had multiple counter offers from the seller, but her negotiating and expertise are the reason we got our dream home! I have already handed out her business card to friends and family that want to move to the area. We absolutely recommend her there's no one so incredible we are beyond grateful for all she did.
