Shannon knows the Richmond area extremely well. He even knows why roads are called what they are! My wife found Shannon through an internet search for an agent in Richmond. We liked Nest Realty and their approach, so we scheduled a phone call. He spent about 30 minutes on the phone with us. We clicked with him pretty much right away. He’s the right amount of relaxed, smart, and insightful, not the fake real estate salesmen shtick. We flew in from Seattle on fairly short notice and Shannon rearranged his schedule to accommodate our tight timeline. He showed us every single house in our price range in two days and a few more than once. We placed an offer on one house, didn’t get it but with his help and insight, we were able to make a wise offer on a fantastic house. They sellers accepted our offer within a couple hours. After the sale, he was our man on the ground while we were back in Seattle finalizing the sale and moving out of our old house. He’s made himself available to meet with flooring people, inspectors or whatever else we may need. He’s truly going above and beyond for us.
