Shannon and her team did an outstanding job getting our home sold. We had tried for 2 years with 2 other realtors with no results. Shannon listed it on a Tuesday and started showing it the next Saturday. We had a contract in about 4 weeks. The closing was difficult and had to be put off a couple of times. Shannon and Morgan where great at keeping the buyer engaged and working through the problems. We feel very lucky to get our place sold and get on with our lives. Thank you Shannon.
