If you have a property to sell, Shannon and Cody are the team to go to. We had been trying to sell our lot for 5 years and they were able to sell it for us at a price higher than the other agents we went to! We live in Florida and when we went to Ashevile about 3 weeks after Hurricane Helene hit, we actually got to met Shannon and she is an absolute gem. Can't say enough about them both. Run, don't walk and have them handle all your real estate issues. Would give 10 stars if I could. Absolutely remarkable!!!

Shannon took me on immediately as a client; her name had been recommended to me. She set me up with a steady stream of available properties to my email and scheduled showings. She answered all my questions along the way, and if she didn't know an answer, she found it right away. She was really great at getting information. She also made the contract/closing process as easy and uncomplicated as possible too. She was there for the inspection, for the final walk-through, and for the closing. She has lived in Asheville for 17 years so she knows the neighborhoods and their "vibes."
