I started writing this review 5 times already because I wanted to make sure that I got it just right for Shannon because she deserves the BEST review. Shannon was amazing to my husband and I during our house buying process. Shannon listened to our needs and was on top of her game from the day we met her till the day we closed on our house AND she continues to check in on us to make sure that we are happy with our purchase. Shannon helped us over come our obstacles. We were using the VA home loan and didn't even know where to start. Shannon knew just who to send us to for our finances and she followed on every step. She listened to what we wanted in a home and ACTUALLY took us to see what we WANTED, not just what was on the market. Shannon always kept within our budget and really made sure that the home buying process was fun, not a complete nightmare. She was a rock for us and as first time home buyers that was HUGE!!! She was honest and realistic with us. She didn't try to "sell" she really took the time to find the perfect home match for us. Shannon worked around our extremely busy schedules which was key for us. I over see a complete branch of a company and Shannon always worked with my schedule even with last minute changes. We recommended Shannon to our friends and neighbors and we absolutely would recommend her for you!
