Shannon came into our lives unexpectedly while we were trying to move from Dallas, Texas, to Loveland, Colorado. Even though the area was a good distance out of her way, she took a chance on us and immediately showed how dedicated she was to helping us find exactly what we needed. For seven to eight months, we traveled to Colorado for a week at a time to find the place where we wanted to settle. Every time we arrived, Shannon hit the ground running with us. Her knowledge of what made a property a great option—or one we should avoid—was impeccable. I constantly sent her listings I wanted to see, and she never once simply said no. Instead, she gave us honest advice and explained whether a property was worth our limited time. There was never a stupid question. Shannon answered every question with not only the answer, but also the reasoning behind it. When we dealt with pushy salespeople, she remained firm and made sure we were never pressured or taken advantage of. We are a quirky bunch, and Shannon’s ability to joke and banter with us while remaining professional made her authenticity shine. I only have 2,000 characters to describe Shannon, which is nowhere near enough. Just know that when you choose her, you are in the right hands. Never leave a question unasked, never hesitate to message her about what comes next, and always be yourself around her—it truly makes the process that much better.
