In May of 2024 my life took a sudden turn and I need to relocate quickly. I was incredibly stressed about the state of my home and if it would sell or what steps I needed to get it market ready. Shannon and Mary Lou Dixon took all of the guess work out of selling my house. They were incredibly patient and kind and looked for inexpensive yet quality fixes to help get my home ready to sell. Despite a difficult market, they were able to get my home sold relatively fast. I never once felt like they were being pushy or difficult, they always came to the table with good suggestions but ultimately let me be the driver when it came to the sell and negotiation. The support and kindness these two showed me during a very stressful time was something I will never forget. I highly recommend these two incredible ladies.
