Five Stars Aren’t Enough!

We had a wonderful experience with Shannon during our out-of-state home purchase in Tucson. She guided us professionally through every step and was always available, responsive, and exceptionally kind. During the two-month interim after escrow closed—before my brother could move in—Shannon went above and beyond by opening the home for contractors and deliveries, moving heavy items herself, taking room measurements, and even offering to prepare the bedding so my brother could arrive late at night and settle in comfortably. We were able to be there on move-in day when she brought a welcome gift, helped carry many boxes, and continued checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. After we left, she kept supporting my brother with transportation and helpful local guidance. Shannon has become more than our real estate agent—she truly feels like family.
