Shannon is not only easy to communicate with, she is knowledgeable, great follow thru on tasks supporting your buying experience (I was the buyer)! She knows her market in the region and what it is like to live in the different surrounding towns, entertainment based upon your interests!! I will use her should the day come I might sell!
