We needed to sell a family home from a long distance. Shannon came highly recommended to me, met with her once, she was well prepared, knew the local markets and educated us very well. During the whole process she kept an eye on the property, would check in after weather events or showings to make sure all was good, constant communication on showings and feedback which helped to do best for both us and any potential buyers, very compassionate. Definitely went above and beyond, very much appreciated and I would highly recommend her.
