To be honest she was a pain in my butt with all the things she wanted us to do to help sell the house. I really did not want to do more work on a house we werent living in after all the wall and insulation work we did while we were there. We eventually did pretty much everything she suggested and.......she wasn't wrong. We put the house back on the market after we did the work she suggested and got an offer for asking price a couple days later. Bottom line, she knows her job and I'm not complaining.

With being first home buyers our knowledge on buying a house was slim to none . We are so greatfull we had shannon to help us along the way. I have known Shannon for almost 20yrs when she first became an agent. At that time I was a first time home buyer, single mom, raising two young children. She took her time when showing me houses and listened to what I was looking for in house to call our own. After many, and I mean many, houses (almost a years worth of looking) she showed me a house that was perfect in every way. Three bedrooms, huge eat in kitchen, original hard wood floors and a back yard that was manageable. We lived there for 18 yrs and remodeled/renovated it in the last 4 yrs to make it a better home for someone else's family. We put the for sale sign in the front yard and sold it to a wonderful family that we know will take care of it. Shannon's knowledge of the market was stellar. Her expertise on what needed to be done to help the value was more than overwhelming. However, between the buyers and us, we were able to accommodate the buyers needs. She was always in contact with us on any changes or questions. If I were to buy/sell another house in this market, hands down...I won't go to anyone else. She is absolutely the BEST!
