We met Shannon at an Open House while searching the area for our home across the country in Florida. After meeting 4 different realtors at 4 different open houses, Shannon was the only one who kept notes and took interest in our situation and future plans to buy a home. She kept in constant communication while we started searching for the right home, and it was a no-brainer to choose her as our realtor. Shannon helped us get the whole home search process started by getting in contact with several realtors in Colorado that she recommended to sell our current home. She also helped us narrow our search by recommending and showing us around the different areas we were interested in. Shannon was able to take our preferences and find us several different homes that matched what we wanted. Since we were coming from out of state, we had a short time frame, but Shannon set up every appointment perfectly to fit our scheduling needs. We found a couple of homes we really liked, and she helped us make an impressive offer that was accepted at our desired price point within a day! Shannon has made the move extremely comfortable for us, helping us every step of the way.
