Shannon Brown

Most people buy a house before having to sell one but my circumstance was the other way around. I found myself with tons of questions and not many resources to answer them. Enter Shannon Brown. Shannon was selfless, hardworking and always available to answer any questions I had at all hours of the day. She had a fountain of knowledge and experience to draw from and when she didn't have an immediate answer she would quickly put me in contact with someone who did. Although my situation was a bit unusual Shannon always had a game plan and was constantly thinking ahead to next steps in order to keep the ball rolling. When everything was said and done we sold the home for more than what we thought we'd get and I attribute that to Shannons tactful understanding of the market and her thoughtful approach to listing our house. Shannon will be my first call when selling or buying another property, I intended to work with her again in the near future. I had an excellent experience.
