Coincidentally my girlfriend was selling her house three weeks after me. We were constantly having to ask her realtor questions whereas Shannon kept me very informed. It was a little awkward for me because I was continually telling my gf that Shannon texted or called me with the same info that my gf had to ask her realtor for. It goes to show me what a great and well informed realtor (Shannon Brester) is versus someone who is only in it for the cash.
