About Shannon

I was born in Burlingame and moved to Cupertino at age four before my family settled in Discovery Bay in 1989. For more than 36 years, I’ve been deeply rooted in this community, attending local schools, building lifelong friendships, and forming strong connections throughout the area. My ties to the area grew even stronger when I married my husband, Dustin, in 2003. He’s a 4th generation Bloomfield farmer from Brentwood and has strong relationships within the motocross world. Together with our son, Dylan, we’ve expanded those connections into the dirt‑track racing community. These racing families have supported us through every high and low, and we’re grateful to be part of such tight‑knit groups. I began my real estate journey in the early 2000s while earning my BA Business Management with a minor in Marketing. I initially worked in the mortgage industry, but after the housing market crash in 2006–2007, I transitioned into medical sales. Over the next 19 years, I advanced through the industry and earned 15 years in the 100% Club. Even during that time, my passion for real estate never faded, and my husband and I continued investing in properties. In 2022, a life‑changing head‑on collision shifted my path which brought me back to real estate full‑time. I’m excited to embrace new beginnings and serve my community with the same dedication, resilience, and heart that have shaped my journey.
