This one was our first investment in Akron. In this case Shannon represented both sides of the transaction. She was great and never picked a side (which is not easy in these cases). She takes care of everything and always available for us even though she is very busy. Shannon, we are so happy we met you and we hope, we are building something big together.
It would be selfish to keep this info only for us. Shannon is the greatest realtor you can ask for. She takes care of much more staff than she is suppose to, also on weekends and holidays. Always helping and listens to other's needs. I hope this is only one of much more to come. From the moment we selected Shannon to be the person to sell the last home our father built and lived in with his wife of almost 60 years we knew we picked the right person. Shannon is amazing! We called her to help my now husband sell his old house and buy our new home. We outgrew the house and yard after 4 years. We contacted Shannon immediately upon finding a bigger home and she came out that next day to help us walk through. The home was immaculate but needed 30 years worth of updating which would of put us way over our heads. My husband and I decided to buy our current home from his mother who helped us get the house in the first place and renovate it for more space. Shannon helped me purchase my first home in 2019. She was so patient and kind throughout that process with me and my two boys. She’d bring them little bags of snacks and coloring books when they had to run around looking at houses with us!
