20 years ago I purchased my land in Monteagle, TN through Shannon Ball’s mother, Pam Myers of Tennessee Mountain Properties, an extremely helpful, real and honest woman. When I decided to sell I was unable to get ahold of Pam Myers, unbeknownst to me due to her illness and subsequent passing. I listed instead with one of the most ‘prestigious’ real estate companies in Monteagle. That was a year of wasted time and energy. I had to supply the photos and description. As soon as my contract was over I searched out Tennessee Mountain Properties again. Shannon immediately returned my call and offered to list my land. Shannon had the most beautiful photos and description immediately posted. Within days, she secured an offer. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
