Shannan Riemer

We have utilized Riemer Residential as both our buyer's agent and our listing agent on multiple real estate transactions in the past few years and the service and capability has been excellent. People are often tempted to try and buy or sell a home without an agent, or to use an agent who will discount their commission, but in my opinion the only way to truly maximize the value of your home purchase or sale is to use an agency like Riemer Residential. Selling a home take a lot more than a cheap robo-agent to give you an MLS listing for a few hundred bucks. We had problems with surveys, deed restrictions, title insurance, lease back, negotiating repairs and modifications, appraisals, and so forth. Riemer Residential was able to provide assistance to us on all of these matters and to get them resolved as quickly as possible. For most of us, our houses are the most expensive assets we will ever buy or sell and it doesn't make sense to go it alone or use an inexperienced agent. My wife and I benefited enormously by having Shannan Riemer as our agent and I can't recommend her highly enough.
