Professional, respectful,honest

Professional, respectful,honest. Just a few of the words I would use to describe Shanna. I would highly recommend her. She walked us thru the whole process from start to finish. Available for questions and concerns literally every time we had questions she had a response with in minutes. I could not be happier with how she took great care of my wife and I. I would add that in today’s market the choice of realtors is paramount. Choose Shanna Stasny.There was some problem with the dish washer . I did not work properly. Shanna made sure a new dish washer was installed and working before closing .There was also a hole where birds could squeeze in on the roof . Shanna asked if we wanted it fixed or compensation in the amount of 500$ . We choose the money which was deducted from closing cost .Shanna took the time to show us the inspection report in detail explaining about the above mentioned things and also that the gutters were full and in need of immediate cleaning . During the process there were several “tasks” our lender needed . Shanna helped us by explaining how to use our e mails to check off the tasks as we completed them . We are seniors and computers are a bit above our range at times . Shanna was there to explain step by step which places to tap and how to pdf documents .

I cannot express how wonderful of experience this has been with Shanna ! She truly listened to us and with her knowledge of the various neighborhoods in Victoria she found us our perfect forever home!! She put us with the best loan originator the Dierlam Group as well as Capital Closing to finish the deal!! She negotiated well With Jamie Powell and her seller to get us the best deal all the way around!! I recommend her highly and don’t think you could ask for a better Realtor anywhere!!
