Shanna Jagels

Shanna was extremely helpful to me while I was purchasing my home. She was always available, and did everything she could to answer my questions or find the answers if she didn't know them. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to the figures, working with the lender and also working with the title company. Shanna worked extremely hard at helping me get into our home by staying in contact with the selling realtor and also staying in contact with the lender answering any questions they had for her. She helped explain things to me that weren't easily understandable in the paperwork and also worked to get all inspections scheduled and followed up after they were completed.

Shanna was amazing to work with! She kept me informed with all of the options that fit my needs. If she wasn't 100% sure about something, she knew who to ask to get me answers and did so promptly. She knew the areas I was looking at and kept me informed about new listings.
