Shanna has a vast knowledge of the surrounding Phoenix area. She met me at several new construction houses as well as the resales in the same developments. I never felt rushed and she was very accommodating to my requests. Shanna is personable and she genuinely enjoyed helping a buyer like me find my retirement home. She was a dual agent, and that can be difficult, but never gave an hint about the sellers. She was a true professional throughout the transaction and offered plenty of insight about the development. I would not hesitate to use her again and again in the future.
