I have had many real estate transactions in my lifetime. I must say, Shanna exceeded our expectations....especially during these unpredictable pandemic times. Everything should have been more challenging and frustrating but Shanna made it all seem so seamless and comfortable. By far, our easiest acquisition/ transaction. My wife and I were looking for an income property in the Sun City West area. We spoke with several realtors and property managers. Of all of them Shanna and her her provided the best, most timely information for us to make decisions. I wish all of my business dealing went as well as this one did with Shanna's help. Since closing, we did some light updates and rented our property through Shanna's team. It been an extremely positive experience. All of this said I don't want too many people starting to work with her team, I may need her again soon. But seriously, I couldn't recommend anyone higher.

Her job isn’t done because now she is helping us with new real estate investments and I have no doubt we’ll be pleased with what she does for us.
