One day I decided to buy a home instead of renting. I contacted Shanelle and replied immediately. Shanelle gave me the necessary steps to move forward with buying a home. Shanelle sent me multiple lender contacts and and basic information to have ready. I told Shanelle what I wanted and before I knew it we were scheduling appointments to look at homes. Shanelle is very knowledgeable with the market and what is expected to close the deal. She gave me options and ultimately let me decide what I wanted to offer when I wanted to offer. Shanelle was ready to look at homes around my crazy schedule which was appreciated. She kept me updated with conversations with the agents and always was most professional.
