She takes the time to get to know you which helps inform her of the types of homes that match your needs. If you’re willing to hear her opinions, she’s ready to help steer you in the right direction if she sees you veering into something sub optimal for your family. She’s also incredibly thoughtful, respectful, and very nice. If you don’t want to hear her personal opinion on a home, she’s happy to support your decisions as well and see those through for you. In a world of home apps and websites, a lot of the “finding” home work is done for us. There is no replacement for someone looking out for the business side of things and representing you especially when things get crazy (they always do). “Why use a realtor?
