About Shane

I've worked in numerous sectors including manufacturing, education, technology and healthcare. I'm well versed in business strategy, marketing, return on investment and lean / six sigma. In addition to being a real estate agent, I spend my off hours remodeling homes and looking for investment opportunities for my family. It's a crazy market at the moment, with a lot of uncertainty and economic factors playing into people's decisions. Time is more precious than ever, and action on buying / selling homes requires almost instantaneous response. Not only do I set myself apart from other agents in that I pick up and return phone calls, I do my very best to meet my customers on their terms and schedules. Gone are the days of setting appointments up in a week or two. Clients need an agent that can meet their needs now. My marketing experience in health care gives me a unique knowledge of the Tri-Cities area, having traveled many of the back roads, giving me a good understanding of the topography, industry and natural resources / activities in the area. Once it comes time to make a decision on purchasing a home, we can act quickly - it's all based on my clients' needs and preferences. Although I was born in Ireland, I have long since lost my accent. I have lived in Ireland, Canada, spent the majority of my life in in New England, and finally settled in East Tennessee. I have 4 beautiful children and a loving wife that support me in all endeavors. I hope to build trust and match clients with the best properties available, knowing that I am personally vested in seeing families make the best decision for their needs and wants.
