Shane has the sort of passion and dedication that can’t be faked and it makes him a joy to work with. He stuck with us through an extended house hunt in a tough market and went above and beyond time and again to find opportunities and to give us the best shot at each house we offered on. As out of state buyers, we needed extra support and he put in the time and energy to make us comfortable bidding on houses we couldn’t visit ourselves. He would go to each house and walk us through room-by-room over video, detailing the positives and negatives that he came across. It was super helpful. Once under contract, he again did everything he could to make the process move smoothly and get us through closing successfully.
