I cant say enough good things about Shane... from the time we met until we closed on the sale of my house was about 6 weeks.. very fast... he was right on point with the value of my house and how we should go about listing, showing, and selling.. we had many hiccups along the way. none of which were Shane's fault in any way... any of which could of had the potential to kill the deal... Shane was able to navigate and come up with solutions quickly along the way and the deal went through as planned except for the closing was delayed for 1 week, due to all the hiccups... all things considered, Shane totally killed it!!!! he got me MORE than we listed for and most of the "special requests" I was asking for from the buyer... I'm the type of person that can be very difficult to please and with something as big as selling a home, there's virtually no chance of me being happy when all is said and done.. well Shane did that very thing!!! left me completely satisfied, VERY happy, and with a big fat check when we left the closing table... I cant thank him enough!!!

He stuck with us through an extended house hunt in a tough market and went above and beyond time and again to find opportunities and to give us the best shot at each house we offered on. As out of state buyers, we needed extra support and he put in the time and energy to make us comfortable bidding on houses we couldn’t visit ourselves.
