We were working with Shane for almost a year and a half, looking for our hunting/recreation property. Shane was very knowledgeable about what we were looking for and came up with a lot of different options for us. We lost on a bidding war and had a few others skip through our hands, but in the end we got the best of everything we were looking for. Shane was patient through the whole process and kept himself and us in a positive mood. We couldn't have asked for a better agent. We appreciate all the time and hard work and headaches he dealt with for us. I couldn't have imagined working with anyone else that would have delivered what he did.
