Mr Maloney took us by the hand and walked us through the process of getting our house ready to sell. He had all the contacts we needed to fix things prior to putting it on the market. He was our "eyes and ears" on checking on the progress, as the house was empty at the time. After it was on the market he stayed in touch and reassured us along the way when we would get discouraged. He was able to negotiate a price that was acceptable to all involved (it was an estate home). Mr Maloney is personable, responsible, and will go out of his way to get answers to any questions he may not be sure of. We would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone even thinking of selling a home.

My wife and I met Shane at an open house he was holding in Roseville. He made such a good impression on us that we went back a second time and asked him to be our agent; as we felt the agent we had been working with wasn't listening to our needs and also didn't seem to have the time to work with our crazy schedules. Shane did not let us down! We had to buy a house before my wife's pregnancy passed a certain point as it would have interfered with our loan and just a whole mess of other problems. We were on a schedule and it took us about two months to find the house in the perfect neighborhood. Shane would take us any day there was something new available, even if it was only one or two houses. We made offers on 4 or 5 houses, but didn't manage to get into contract. When we found a house we wanted it was in a bit of rough shape, however, with Shane's advice and helpful contractor sources we were able to see the potential and made an above list price offer following Shane's advice. The house appraiser came back with a value of 20k over OUR offer price. We couldn't have asked for more from a realtor or a friend in this challenging market

Shane worked so hard to find us a house in the area that we wanted. We looked for months in a competitive market but he never gave up and stayed on top of our search. Don't let his youthful looks fool you - he is a pro. He is a great realtor - very knowledgeable of every step in the process and was by our side the whole time. I recommend him without reservation.

Shane assisted us in the purchase of our home. It was important to us as first time home buyers to find an agent who we felt was experienced and knowledgeable. Upon initial introduction, it was evident that Shane was very familiar with the area. He was excellent with his fact finding questions to determine what we really wanted in a home.
